Using the Essence of Plants

As I offer you my experience and wisdom on Awakened Soul Living, I know from experience how important it is for each of us, our families, our communities, and our planet that we are more mindful of the products we use in our daily lives.
What we put into and on our bodies, in our homes, our workplace, and our land all matters.
It all ultimately ends up back in the environment, so everything comes full circle and has an impact on us and our dear Gaia, Pachamama, our Earth Mother.
Mother Earth has given us all we need to sustain ourselves in a powerful, pure and natural way!
We just moved away from it when the age of industrialization and materialism came in and we wanted to try every new perfume, personal product, or supposed super powered cleaning product, etc.

While it may be nice to buy a fancy product, we really don’t need it, and often we are harming ourselves and our planet in doing so with all of the chemicals and toxic emissions, plastic, trees being used for boxes, etc.
It's time we really started to think about how we can walk more softly on our Mother Earth and honor the life-giving blessings she is already providing us.
Essential oils are truly powerful plant based allies that have be used for eons and are rooted in ancient traditions and civilizations.
I found them early on my journey and was amazed at how powerful their healing qualities are. I use them as perfume, for skin care, meditation, mental and emotional aromatherapy, cooking, cleaning, and they are my medicine cabinet.
