Community Healing Circle of Light

Beloved Hearts,

This is indeed a difficult time we are experiencing in our local communities on the North Shore.   The tragic act that played out on the 4th of July in the village of Highland Park is not what we wish for anyone, anywhere, at anytime.  For some, it is especially difficult to accept the fact that it happened in this quaint community and area known for it's strong community, safety, and low crime.  

I grew up here in the town of Northfield, I have lived in Northbrook for 22 years and raised my children here.  I have also operated my business in Glencoe and Northfield for the last 7 years.  From my childhood to present, I have attended the 4th of July parades every year. This is my home, my community, and I feel this as deeply as you may be.   It can be confusing, unsettling, and saddening on so many levels.

However, just as there are events in our lives and our communities that can create fear, pain, sorrow, and suffering, we must not forget, there is also an opportunity to bring forth love, compassion, hope, faith, harmony, healing and trust.  

Therefore, it is with a loving, open and compassionate heart that I invite us to come together to support one another and the local communities with a wave of love that will permeate the multiverse and be received by all willing hearts. 

Whether you are a local resident, part of the Awakened Soul Living tribe, or simply someone that cares, I invite and encourage you to join us.

My intention is to hold sacred space for all to feel into their emotions at this time and create a portal of love and divine light to shine on all.  May all feel seen, heard, felt, and divinely held as we move through the energies and emotions of this tragic event.

I will also bring some soothing instruments to weave loving frequencies for all during a gentle sound healing meditation and we will follow this with Reiki energy healing for anyone that would like support at this time.

This is an opportunity to come together in CommUnity and support one another through Love and as Love!  

As we heal ourselves, we heal all through the collective consciousness and the unified field.  We are all One.  

I encourage you to share this event and invite others - all ages are welcome! 

Many are in need of support at this time, and many wish to help but aren't sure how.   This gathering gives all an opportunity to participate from their unique needs  and desires at this time.  

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat, water, instruments if you wish, and your beautiful heart.
