Please join in CommUNITY for our transition from Fall to Winter at a Meditative Spirit Walk!
Our spirit walk will take place at a local forest preserve where we will gather and take a mindful walk with the nature spirits, our beloved Mother Earth, and each other.
Everything has a spirit! The trees, rivers, mountains, as well as human made things like houses, cars, and .... well... everything!
It's important to take the time to connect with this world and learn from it. Especially from the spirits of nature. On this day we will collectively, slow down, make time for spirits, and enjoy the beauty all around us!
We'll gather together, share about the elements of a spirit walk, create an offering, and begin our adventure. I've found a beautiful quiet trail along the Chicago River that is sure to bring much beauty and introspection for…
