Hello Beautiful Souls,
Join us for the final outdoor gathering of our Summer Circle Reiki Shares at Glencoe Beach Park, where we will come together among the trees and overlooking the waters of Lake Michigan.
This sacred circle will be co-led by Reiki Master Teachers Britt Chemla Jones and Kelly Moretta, guiding you through a powerful evening of self-healing and energetic alignment.
🌼 This Month We Focus on Chakra Balancing! 🌼
Our theme this month is Reiki and Chakra Balancing. We will begin with a gentle yoga practice to open and align the chakras, followed by sound healing through the Bija Mantras — the ancient seed sounds for each energy center. You will learn how to use these mantras as tools for personal healing, while also receiving their vibration in community.
From there, we will explore Reiki energy: how to channel, share, and receive this universal life force.
