Service Description
Fundamentals of Reiki Reiki Level I guides you through the fundamentals of Reiki, It’s history, effects, and benefits. You will also learn about Ki energy basics and the systems in our body that carry this energy, the Chakras, Meridians, and Auric Field. You will receive an attunement to connect you with the natural flow of Reiki energy, and you will learn the hand positions for treating yourself and others. You will then be able to practice giving and receiving treatments so that you are a confident Reiki healer! Pre-requisite: An inquisitive mind and open heart! This class will be live online with Kelly as well as recorded and sent to you for your future reference.
